Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping is made by Royal Mail. For small, low value items we ship by first class post. For more exspensive units we ship by Special Delivery which includes carriage insurance, and is a next working day service. |
Delivery Schedule All orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of receipt (Mon - Fri).
If, for any reason, despatch is anticipated to be longer, we will contact you by e-mail. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will always e-mail you if a product you ordered is not available from stock. |
Tax Charges VAT is charged on all orders.
If you are ordering from the Channel Islands, the VAT element will be credited back to your credit card. |
Credit Card Security We use PROTX as a payment service provider for our e-commerce transactions. When you enter your credit card details on the PROTX payment screen, they are encypted and sent to PROTX for processing.

Returns Policy If a product fails within 4 weeks of purchase, please return it to us and it will be replaced immediately. After this time, the unit may have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair/replacement as deemed appropriate.
